Day 22 - Thursday, April 2, 2020

Well, Governor Inslee just extended our 'Stay Home, Stay Healthy' order for another 30 days. I do not know how much longer I can take this!! It is so crazy to be living during this time! We are living through a future History textbook here!

Day 23 - Friday, April 3, 2020

Nothing interesting happened today. I just did homework and watched some television.

Govenor Inslee tweeted out asking for those who are able to, to donate to the food banks. The Washington National Guard also packaged and delivered food to serve to those in Pierce County. It is nice to hear that even through rough times, people can always come together to help and support one another.

Day 24 - Saturday, April 4, 2020

Didn't do much today...Mostly just watched television. We also watched 'A Dog's Purpose' and 'Life As We Know It.' The dog one was sad, so it was nice to watch a silly movie afterwards. These movies were also able to get my mind off of what is happening around the world. I also finished a puzzle today!

Not much has happened today in the world of the Coronavirus..I am still unsure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Day 25 - Sunday, April 5, 2020

Me and my sister got in an argument today. She claims she had the virus (although an extremely mild case) while I was saying she didn't. She thinks that because she had a slight fever a few weeks ago, along with a slight headache and some nausea, that she had the virus. She is the only one who believes this.

In other news, Govenor Inslee has announced that Washington is returning 400 ventilators, so that other states who need them more can get them.

Day 26 - Monday, April 6, 2020

Today, I went to Walgreens. It is the first time I have ben inside a store in over three weeks. It was a little freaky. They have plasic walls that sit on the counters to protect the worker. They also have taped out X's on the ground to allow every customer to stand 6 feet apart while waiting to check out.

Govenor Inslee has also made the decision to expand the K-12 school closure through the end of the school year. I figured since we were starting to give away medical supplies that maybe kids would be able to go back, but I guess not.

Day 27 - Tuesday, April 7, 2020

My sister threw my other sister a prom tonight. She made her a dress, that she sewed herself. She also made another outfit for herself and then she made her have a grand entrance. She also "decorated" the house with signs, that said 'PROM 2020' and where the pictures were being taken.

A Washington Food Fund was announced today. It allows people to donate to help feed people who need it in Washington.

Day 28 - Wednesday, April 8, 2020

My sisters school has finally begun their distance learning. Everything is finally starting to get back into a groove. Learning how to spend alone time in a small house is difficult. I know I am able to get away while I am on Zoom in my classes. Hopefully this all goes back to normal soon....One can only hope. Anyway, I started a new puzzle today. We also watched some old home videos from 2003. Me and my mother also watched a ton of the television show 'Cold Justice.'

Governor Inslee also announced that today, Washington was returning the field hospital that was at Century Link Field. This will allow for other states to be able to use the supplies. He also stated that this does not mean that we are allowed to let up on our 'Stay Home, Stay Healthy' order and that this is just a small victory.
