Nomophobia; the fear of not having access to a mobile phone. A relativity new phobia that afflicts more people than you might think. Society today is almost completely absorbed by our handheld assistants.

But just how much have cell phones become central parts of the everyday ongoings of the average citizen? We use them to stay in touch with friends and loved ones, order meals, plan schedules, contacts employers and new hires, directions, news, entertainment, and to capture our own lives. In a way we have more or less become reliant on them. But is that necessarily a bad thing? This website attempts to showcase the overarching reliance we have on cell phones in some depth.
