Bulgogi

Bulgogi is a Korean dish consisting of thin, marinated slices of beef that are grilled or barbequed. It is usually made from sirloin, rib eye, or brisket, and is marinated in a classic bulgogi sauce. Although it originated in North Korea, it's become a staple in South Korea and is slowly making its way to the United States.
